Hello, do you have IPv6 disabled in your network connection? If yes enable it and try to install again. If that doesn't work try to patch your Windows Server to SP2 and try to install Exchange 2007 SP3 on the machine. Greetings, Toni

Hi, Please try below suggestion: 1 Cause: Service took so long time to start so that the setup failed to reach final stage Resolution: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control -> create a DWORD Value -> name it ServicesPipeTimeout -> specify the Value 120000 in decimal 2 Cause: not enough permission Resolution: A : add Manage auditing and security log Properties Administative Tools > Local Security Policy > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Manage auditing and security add Exchance Servers. B. Check Exchange Trusted Subsystem 1)Open Active Directory Users and Computers 2)Under domain name (For example contoso.com),navigate to the Builtin Container,on the right hand side select the Administrator group, goto the properties 3)Click members tab and add Exchange Trusted Subsystem 4)Click ok twice 5)Reboot the Exchange server 6)Rerun the Exchange setup Best Regards!
